Return Policy

In the event that a product is received damaged, please follow the guidelines below:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  • After inspection and verification of the issue, if your return request is approved, a refund will be processed within 4–7 business days.

  • Refunds are issued only if the product is confirmed to be damaged upon delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unaltered, and in original condition.
